Headaches

A headache is described as any pain in the head which can be noted as a sharp or dull pain with other sensations associated with it such a numbness, tingling or even burning sensation.

There are many kinds of headaches:

Cervicogenic Headaches: which is caused by a disorder of the cervical spine and it’s component bony, disc and/or soft tissue elements
Muscle Tension Headaches: induced by stress
Migraine Headaches                                                                                                                                  Myofascial trigger point headaches:  Muscles of the head, neck and face are a common source of headaches Site-of-impact headaches: caused by injury such as a Motor vehicle accident or any type of blow to the head with a secondary injury to the cervical spine.
