A spinal adjustment or manipulation is the process where a chiropractic doctor applies controlled forces in the subluxated area in the spine. Chiropractors normally deliver the adjustment by hand but occasional use specialized mechanical apparatus.
This is called an “Adjustment” or manual manipulation.
