What causes neck/back Pain?

Weak muscles, poor posture, improper footwear, lack of exercise, extra weight, and improper lifting can put stress on the back.

Signals:

  • Pain in the neck/upper back or lower back
  • Pain down the sides of the arms or back of the leg and/or into the foot
  • Tingling or numbness in upper or lower extremities

  • Headaches
  • Neck pain/back pain
  • Numbness, pain, or extreme weakness in the arms or legs
  • Significant pain for more than a day
